Director of Project Management Office

Leading the Project Management Office, the full-time Director of Project Management Office will oversee project management processes, establish governance frameworks, and personally lead strategic initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage PMO governance functions and prepare executive summaries for senior leadership on project performance Ensure successful execution of initiatives by providing leadership and integrating project management processes Identify and implement innovative project management approaches and tools to enhance organizational operations Required qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management leadership and budget management Bachelor's degree in business or technology or equivalent Experience leading teams with direct reports and managing project budgets Extensive knowledge of traditional and innovative project management methodologies Experience implementing governance practices in fast-growing mid-market or technology companies
