Board Member
Serving on the Board is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping guide the strategic direction of the credit union, ensuring strong governance, and advocating for the best interests of our members and communities across Arizona.
We're looking for leaders who bring experience in areas such as:
- Executive or board leadership
- Business strategy and governance
- Finance, risk management, or technology
- Community leadership and engagement
- Strategic decision-making and fiduciary oversight
The ideal candidate has a track record of leadership, strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and a commitment to serving others.

Board Director Candidate Requirement:
To be eligible for a position on the OneAZ Credit Union Board of Directors, you must meet the following requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- Possess a post-secondary degree in finance, business or a related area
- OneAZ member in good standing and eligible to vote in the next election
- Complete and sign a nomination application packet by September 30, 2026
- Successful background screening
- No criminal record
- Credit in good standing
