What You'll Do

• Greet customers and build trust from the first interaction
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify customer concerns
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence
• Follow up on estimates and unsold work
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
• Maximize Average Repair Order (ARO) while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Manage appointments and workflow efficiently
• Deliver a professional experience that earns repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For

? Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)

? Strong closing skills

? Excellent communication and customer service

? Ability to explain repairs in simple terms

? Goal-oriented and self-motivated

? Comfortable discussing repair recommendations and handling objections
