Addictions Counselor
LifeBridge Health
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks an Addictions Counselor to provide evidence-based counseling and support for individuals with substance use disorders. In this role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment and recovery plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and CBT. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, and community partners, coordinate referrals to recovery resources, and maintain thorough EHR documentation while contributing to a compassionate, culturally responsive care environment.
