Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient and caring Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our team of imaging experts committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Execute a range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Maintain patient comfort and safety by clearly explaining each procedure with empathy
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to produce superior diagnostic images
• Safeguard and maintain imaging equipment, addressing issues as they arise
• Thoroughly document procedures and manage patient records in the electronic medical record system
• Stay abreast of advancements in sonographic imaging and industry best practices

Educational Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or its equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
