Job Summary Slipstream is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Marketing Intern to support the execution of marketing initiatives across events, content digital campaigns, and website operations. Looking for a part‑time role with potential for full‑time conversion. Key Responsibilities Events Marketing Maintain the master marketing events calendar, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and registrations. Support event logistics coordination including registrations, collateral tracking, and vendor communication. Assist with on‑site or virtual event preparation, including presentation materials and attendee tracking. Help with post‑event follow‑up activities and performance tracking. Content Operations & Content Library Management Assist in maintaining a centralized marketing content library including case studies, pitch decks, one‑pagers, and event materials. Support content tracking and version control across shared platforms. Help with light copy updates and formatting for marketing materials. Assist with content repurposing across digital channels. Assist with timely and accurate website updates. Help draft and schedule LinkedIn content aligned with campaigns, events, and thought‑leadership activities. Assist with building and deploying email campaigns within Slipstream’s marketing automation tool. Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across channels including Slipstream’s website. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, and Google Ads is preferred. Experience with content management systems and marketing tools is a plus.
