This onsite environment allows for strong collaboration between healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, physicians, and occupational therapists, who work together to devise comprehensive treatment plans. Our clinic is equipped with cutting-edge technology and therapeutic tools to support efficient therapy sessions and enhance patient recovery outcomes. You will work a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering you a predictable work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one therapy sessions with a focused caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, allowing for in-depth, individualized care.Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations utilizing various evidence-based practices.Monitor and document patient progress using WebPT, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize recovery.Educate patients on exercises, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation journey.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care, promoting a holistic approach to rehabilitation.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those dealing with chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with diverse individuals, helping them reclaim their strength and motion while adapting therapy based on their unique needs and goals.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a relevant field is required; a Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited program is preferred.A current or eligible California PT license is mandatory for this role.Strong skills in hands-on therapy and a patient-centered approach are essential, demonstrating your commitment to quality care.Effective communication skills are necessary to motivate patients and convey necessary information regarding therapy plans and progress.Preferred ExperienceWhile a minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role is preferred, we value strong clinical training and a proactive attitude.
