Position Summary


The Material Handler supports warehouse and production operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role works closely with production, planning, and purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed and inventory is organized and accurate.


Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Report shipment discrepancies to the Purchasing team.
Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts.
Pick and issue production orders to manufacturing.
Prepare shipping and receiving documentation and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including international shipments.
Use Microsoft Office applications for reporting, recordkeeping, and communication.
Collaborate with Operations and Production to support material availability and production schedules.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following 5S and GMP standards.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Two or more years of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with electronic components or Bills of Materials (BOMs) is a plus.
Must be eligible to work with ITAR-controlled information without requiring an export license.

Physical Requirements
Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Work is performed in a warehouse/stockroom environment with occasional overtime based on operational needs.
