to join our growing team. We specialize in premium bathroom remodeling solutions and provide homeowners with beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance bath transformations.

This is not a cold-calling position. We provide

pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments , allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

What You'll Do

Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.

Listen to customers' goals and help design their ideal bathroom remodeling project.

Use our cutting-edge iPad presentation system to showcase products and visualize project options.

Educate homeowners on premium bath and shower solutions, product benefits, warranty coverage, and financing options.

Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.

Guide customers through the purchasing process and confidently close sales.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval.

Attend ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and stay current on products and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Comfortable working evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.

Preferred Qualifications

In-home sales experience.

Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, solar, or flooring sales experience.

Experience selling high-ticket products or services.

Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.

No remodeling experience? No problem.

If you have a strong sales background and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the tools, training, and support needed to help you succeed.

Compensation
Our top-performing representatives earn

$150,000 to $200,000+ annually , with some earning even more through our uncapped commission structure.
