Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients across all ages. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical unit.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred.
• Ability to complete a criminal questionnaire and consent to random drug screenings.
