CNC Machinist

A growing manufacturing company is looking to add multiple CNC Machinists to its team due to continued growth and the addition of new equipment. We are hiring across multiple experience levels and are open to both developing machinists and experienced CNC professionals.

CNC Machinists will be responsible for operating and supporting CNC milling and/or lathe equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply, with compensation based on overall machining knowledge and skill level.

• Set up and/or operate CNC milling and lathe machines based on experience level
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform measurements and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality
• Use standard precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Monitor tooling, machine performance, and part quality throughout production
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Troubleshoot machining or production issues based on experience level

• Previous CNC machining, milling, lathe, or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Open to multiple skill levels, from developing machinists through highly experienced machinists
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and machining technologies
