Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Wilton, CT (Hybrid Schedule - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)We are actively seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join one of the world's leading semiconductor technology organizations. This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional with experience in manufacturing, high-tech operations, supplier management, and logistics to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, innovative environment.In this role, you will serve as a key logistics and supply chain leader, partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance, mitigate risks, optimize capacity, and ensure continuity of supply for critical business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Performance & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.Monitor supplier delivery performance using established KPIs and drive corrective actions when performance gaps are identified.Lead supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery, quality, responsiveness, and operational performance.Act as the primary logistics and supply chain representative within supplier account teams.Supply Planning & Capacity ManagementDevelop supplier capacity and flexibility plans to support current production requirements and future growth.Evaluate supplier capabilities, including Move Rate performance, and implement improvement strategies to increase capacity and operational efficiency.Support demand planning and supply planning activities to ensure material availability and production continuity.Risk Management & Problem ResolutionLead supply chain escalations and coordinate stakeholders to quickly resolve supply disruptions.Identify risks throughout the supplier network, including multi-tier supplier relationships.Develop and implement mitigation strategies that protect supply continuity and business operations.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with procurement, sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to improve overall supply chain performance.Lead projects focused on logistics optimization, supplier capability enhancement, and operational excellence.Influence stakeholders across global organizations and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical disciplineExperience8+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, High-Tech or Technology-Driven IndustriesTechnical & Functional ExpertiseProven experience managing contract manufacturers and suppliers within complex manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of: Supplier Performance Management, Capacity Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics Operations, Risk Management, Supplier DevelopmentExperience utilizing ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.Ability to manage competing priorities within a global organization.Preferred QualificationsSemiconductor industry experience.High-tech manufacturing experience.SAP or similar ERP platform experience.Experience supporting global supply chain operations.Track record of improving supplier performance, delivery reliability, and lead times.Experience leading cross-functional teams and operational excellence initiatives.Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Why Join This Team?Work for a world-renowned semiconductor technology company.Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility and work-life balance.Collaborate with highly skilled engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain professionals.Participate in cutting-edge technology and innovation.Drive meaningful business impact through supplier and supply chain strategy.Join a collaborative culture that values creativity, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Wilton, CT.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
