Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Receiving / Packing Clerk to join our team at our regional distribution facility.
Position Summary
As a Receiving / Packing Clerk, you will support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, focusing on receiving incoming inventory and accurately packing customer orders. You will play an essential role in keeping our facility organized, safe, and running efficiently to ensure incoming stock is processed quickly and outbound shipments are delivered correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving Operations: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, verify counts against packing slips, and log items into the inventory system.
- Order Packing: Accurately prepare, securely pack, label, and stage customer orders according to shipping specifications and carrier standards.
- Stocking & Inventory: Assist with stock replenishment, storing incoming items in designated bin/rack locations, and participating in cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and/or forklifts (certification provided if required).
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving/packing station and warehouse area.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all company safety guidelines, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in receiving, packing, shipping, or general warehouse work is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
