Desktop Support Technician

To provide exceptional technical support, the full-time Desktop Support Technician will deliver reliable endpoint assistance, troubleshoot complex user issues, and ensure compliance with IT standards in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Build, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS endpoints using standardized imaging and provisioning processes Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate ticket documentation Deliver in-person and remote support for hardware, software, and mobile devices, prioritizing executive and VIP user needs Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or End-User Computing Strong proficiency in Windows 11 and working knowledge of macOS Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune or JAMF Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM systems Ability to manage workloads independently and handle urgent issues effectively
