This position combines compassionate, community-based client support with administrative and front office responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. The person in this role will help individuals work toward personal goals while also supporting daily office operations, documentation, and communication. Candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish and bring a service-focused approach will thrive in this opportunity.Responsibilities:• Deliver one-on-one support that reflects each client’s service objectives and promotes meaningful progress in daily life.• Guide individuals in building practical skills related to employment preparation, home living, money management, and effective communication.• Help clients maintain consistent routines and participate in community-based activities that encourage greater independence.• Transport clients safely to appointments, programs, and community destinations using a reliable personal vehicle.• Document services, client updates, and progress notes accurately and submit required records within established timeframes.• Work closely with families, employers, and care teams to support coordinated services and positive client outcomes.• Uphold client dignity, safety, and rights while following all applicable organizational and program guidelines.• Assist with office support duties such as answering inbound calls, greeting visitors, managing administrative tasks, and completing data entry.• Participate in team meetings, required training sessions, and supervisory check-ins, and take on additional assignments as needed.
