Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a GEHC - Materials Planner I to join their team. As a GEHC - Materials Planner/Coordinator I, you will be part of the Materials Management Department supporting production and inventory control teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Materials Planner

Location: Noblesville, IN

Pay Range: $18-$19

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (possibly 5:30 to 4:00)

What's the Job?

Inspect and process materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Physically move parts and materials between locations using hand trucks or forklifts.
Receive and deliver release orders, verify inventory, and manage documentation.
Process products against purchase and work orders utilizing electronic management systems.
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and report findings.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or relevant experience, or an Associate's degree.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the local language.
Basic knowledge of mathematics and computer skills.
Ability to handle materials and operate automatic lifting devices.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
