Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawrence, NJ. This position manages inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other channels, providing clear information about services, scheduling, and pricing. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, creating and updating service appointments, coordinating with field crews, and ensuring customers receive timely follow-up. The role also involves documenting interactions in company systems, resolving basic issues, escalating complex concerns when necessary, and supporting a smooth customer experience from initial contact through service completion. The representative contributes to a positive, professional atmosphere and helps maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service positions. Skills in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and providing clear, helpful information. Experience promoting Customer Satisfaction by following up promptly, managing expectations, and addressing concerns professionally. Ability to enhance the overall Customer Experience through empathetic communication, accurate information, and organized follow-through. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner. Comfort working in an on-site environment and coordinating with field teams or operations staff. Basic proficiency with office software and customer management systems; willingness to learn company tools and processes. Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and record-keeping.
