Join our fast-paced and busy team as a Forklift Operator, where safety, precision, and teamwork are at the heart of everything you do. We're looking for reliable individuals who take pride in maintaining an organized workspace and ensuring smooth operations across the facility.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and okay working in a unique environment. This facility is located on the southside of downtown Indianapolis.

Wash Line C Shift Operator Pay/Benefits:

• $24.55/hour
• Benefits are available once hired-on: includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Wash Line C Shift Operator Schedule:

Shift is 5:45 pm – 6:15 am, working a 2-day on, 2-day off, 3-day on pattern.

You will get 36 hours in one week and 48 hours the next. Must be available to work holidays if your schedule falls on that day.

Wash Line C Shift Operator Job Duties:

• Will use a sit-down forklift and clamp truck to move large bales around.
• Will bring those bales to the production line, offload, and reload.
• Will assist with wrapping and banding pallets of material.
• Ability to multitask and monitor the wash line for any errors. 

Wash Line C Shift Operator Requirements:

• Sit-down forklift experience is preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent coordination and communication with team members
• Must be reliable! This is a small crew, so one person missing a day off work will make a huge difference.
