Contract Coordinator

About the role: Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408. Contract Coordinator – Level 1, 6‑month contract assignment, W‑2 position. Responsible for interview scheduling, coordinating calendars across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives. Requires juggling time zones, tight availability, and last‑minute changes. Entry‑level role reporting to onsite manager. Key Responsibilities: Executive interview coordination – arranging high‑stakes interviews with senior leaders, preparing schedules and itineraries, confirming availability, and ensuring a great candidate experience. Candidate communication – sending interview invites, confirmations, reminders, and follow‑ups; acting as the main point of contact for logistics. Qualifications: Attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree required. At least 1 year of coordination or scheduling experience. Benefits: Comprehensive health and income protection benefits. 401(k) savings plan.
