General Machine Operator (12hr Days)

Broadridge Financial Solutions is looking for dedicated Production Workers to fill some of their entry level machine operator roles. As a High-Speed Insert Operator, you’ll run advanced, computer-controlled machines to turn printed pages into finished mail pieces like bank statements and client notices. You’ll be responsible for setting up the equipment, ensuring every job meets high quality standards, and keeping your machine running smoothly. What You’ll Do Machine Operation: Set up and run high-speed systems that cut, fold, and insert documents into envelopes. Order Review: Read production orders to make sure you're using the right materials and settings for each specific job. Quality Control: Keep a close eye on the final product to ensure everything is accurate and professional. Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep and minor repairs to keep your machine in top shape.

salary: $18.5 - $18.75 per hour

work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
