Logistics Coordinator I

You will have the ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with employees, customer base, fuel suppliers and common carriers. You will thrive in a fast paced multitask environment that requires quick problem solving and research skills. Above average math aptitude is a must. Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch fuel deliveries to customer locations
- Schedule common carrier drivers for deliveries throughout California and Nevada
- Monitor inventory levels at managed sites
- Process and coordinate fuel delivery orders from customers and company marketers
- Reconcile freight invoices and confirm delivery completion
- Review fuel rack pricing
- Respond to on-call inquiries regarding deliveries, returns, and related issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, customers, fuel suppliers, and carriers
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong math aptitude
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
