About the Role

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll help receive, organize, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production floor.

This is a hands-on position that combines equipment operation, inventory tracking, and teamwork. If you enjoy staying active, using equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product details
• Use an RF scanner to track and record inventory accurately
• Store products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick orders and move them to production areas
• Operate an electric sit-down forklift to transport materials
• Operate a cherry picker to retrieve items stored at heights
• Perform picking, packing, and packaging tasks as needed
• Use computer systems to locate orders and verify purchase order numbers
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with team members to support production flow

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Basic computer skills for data entry and order tracking
• Ability to handle material picking, packing, and movement
• Willingness to operate forklifts and cherry pickers
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Preferred:

• Forklift and cherry picker experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or production-support setting
• Strong problem-solving skills for inventory or order issues

Work Environment

• Large, clean, and well-organized manufacturing facility
• Team-based environment (working in small groups)
• Fast-paced and hands-on daily work
• Some dust and dirt due to the nature of the work
• No air conditioning, but fans and airflow are provided
• Equipment used: RF scanners, computers, forklifts, cherry pickers
• Safety requirements: Steel-toe boots and long pants

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Ramsey, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
