We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team!

 

As a Recruiter at Devereux, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. This remote position involves collaborating with the Senior People Operations Generalist and our Devereux DESS Centers to meet staffing needs and enhance our employee value proposition. You’ll develop comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, and contribute to our strategic planning efforts.

 

About DESS:

 

DESS partners with child-serving institutions to provide services in early learning, behavioral and mental health treatment, academic interventions, and prevention programming. We also offer direct staff placement, diagnostic evaluations, and consultation services to school districts.

 

Salary: starting at $28.02/hour per hour. Additional compensation for years of experience and education. 

Schedule:  Availability to work 4-5 hours (daytime) Monday - Friday. Hours are flexible. Must be available for 30 minute team meeting every other Wednesday.

This is a remote position, but may require travel for recruiting events and job fairs

What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

 

In collaboration with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, conducts multi-site recruitment for Devereux Center's specialty roles on a national scale. Manages initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone-screening qualified candidates to recommend for interviews. Utilizes traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and source candidates. Develops candidate pipeline for anticipated future needs, to reduce time-to-hire/fill, expands candidate pool organization-wide, and improves candidate quality. As needed, will assist with supporting Center high volume needs, executive level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

You'd make a great Recruiter if you have:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 3 years experience in Human Resources (preferably Recruitment) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and Human Resources Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems.
• Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
