In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you will help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. BAE Systems is seeking an experienced IVV Systems Engineer to lead a team of engineers in the Integration, Verification and Validation (IVV) of complex SIGINT systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee/develop system integration and generation of test plans and procedures procedures.
• Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering.
• Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings.
• Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering
• Provides support to the EVMS including budgeting, reporting and task assignments.
• Interface with Design Engineering and Software Development Teams
• Implement Integration and test to validate requirements
• Problem/anomaly reporting, tracking and resolution
• Proposal preparation including technical and cost.

Because of the need for consistent, inperson collaboration and the nature of this particular role, most responsibilities will be performed fulltime on site. There may be opportunities to work in a hybrid capacity on occasion, depending on the specific phase of the program.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Must hold an active Secret security clearance and eligible to acquire a Top Secret and additional SCI and SAP/SAR clearances in the future
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science with a minimum work experience of:
  • 12+ Years with BS
  • 10+ Years with MS
  • 8+ Year with PHD
• Experience with Systems engineering development and IVV of DoD systems
• Experience with SRR, PDR and CDR presentation
• Familiarity with RF/SIGINT applications
• Experience with development of test plans, procedures, schedules and reports in accordance with program and system requirements
• Technical team leadership
• Able to evaluate root cause and timely decision making

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• M.S. or PHD in related technical field
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
• Cost Account Manager experience
• Experience with RF/SIGINT system development and test
• Knowledge of Linux containers
• Experience in software/hardware integration and troubleshooting of issues
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence
• Experience with Agile development

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
