We verify the people our customers serve through a full spectrum of methods: physical IDs, Digital IDs, and AI agents acting on behalf of consumers. We power identity verification for healthcare, financial services, and a growing list of industries, with hundreds of customers and verifications running at scale every day.AI agents now browse your site, call your APIs, and transact in your app using real user credentials — looking exactly like humans. Most companies have no idea it's happening. Agent Checkpoint, Vouched's Know Your Agent (KYA) product, changes that: one SDK install and you can see every agent on your platform, who authorized it, and what it's doing.Identity used to be a front-door problem — verify the human once, let them in, done. That world is over. Today, agents act on behalf of humans who may have no idea what's being done in their name. Vouched was built for both worlds: the human identity problem that has always existed, and the agent identity problem that is just beginning.This year we launched Vouched's Know Your Agent (KYA) suite of solutions, building the trust infrastructure for the agentic web, operating on three layers:Agent Checkpoint (including our own SDK)KYA-OS (our own open agentic identity standard)KnowThat.ai and IdentiClaw (developer-facing community tools)Together, these form the stack that answers the question every business will eventually have to ask: is the entity I'm dealing with a human, an authorized agent, or something I should never have let in?Just as Plaid became the trust layer between consumers and their financial data, Vouched is building KYA to become the trust layer between consumers and the agents acting in their name. KYA launched in May 2025 via a product-led growth motion (developer-first, community-driven) and over 200 developers have already engaged. This is a founding DevRel role: you'll build the playbook while simultaneously executing it, based in the SF Bay Area, where the agent builder community is dense and developer events take place daily.What You Will Do:Own the developer narrative for KYA: launch posts, conference talks, demo videos, hackathons, and integration guides.Build, grow, and maintain Vouched's presence within online developer communities and social media platformsRepresent Vouched at SF Bay Area developer events, AI meetups, and security conferencesCultivate relationships with the agent builder community: framework maintainers, MCP ecosystem contributors, and the developers shipping production agents todayEvangelize KYA-OS (our agentic identity standard), KnowThat.ai, and IdentiClaw as the trust infrastructure stack for the agentic webRun the feedback loop between the developer community and the product team: what's confusing, what's missing, what developers are trying to build that KYA should support. You help us bridge the gap between what our future customers want and what we shipGrow free tier adoption into a commercial funnel: track activation, spot expansion signals, and collaborate with sales on qualified handoffsBuild and maintain quickstarts and code samples across the frameworks and architecture developers actually use: Next.js, Express, Python, HTML, and direct API integrations.Success will be measured by your ability to drive increased brand awareness for Vouched and our Know Your Agent solutions, especially within the developer community. This role is about building the Vouched brand as well as your own. Within year one:Any developer asking an AI assistant how to detect or manage agent traffic gets KYA as the answerKYA has a recognized presence in the MCP and agent builder communities — maintainers know us, integrations exist, developers recommend us to each otherGrow free tier activation MoM with demonstrated free-to-paid conversionsPosition KYA as a credible open standard, with Vouched visibly authoring and championing itParticipate in at least three speaking engagements at conferences and meetups, with those activities generating inbound developer interest
