Benefits & Leave Administrator

Position OverviewThriftBooks is seeking experienced Benefits & Leave Administrator to oversee employee benefits, leave of absence, and workers' compensation programs while delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.What You Will DoAs the Benefits & Leave Administrator, you'll manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including health and welfare benefits, COBRA, and the 401(k) plan. You'll oversee all leave of absence programs, including FMLA, state-paid leave programs, ADA-related leave accommodations, parental leave, and workers' compensation. You'll partner with employees, managers, and insurance carriers to resolve issues, support return-to-work efforts, maintain accurate HRIS records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.You'll also support annual benefit renewals and Open Enrollment, prepare compliance reporting, analyze program data, recommend process improvements, and help develop employee communications, resources, and wellbeing programs that enhance the overall employee experience.LocationThis is a hybrid position with 3+ in-person days in Tukwila, WA.Base Salary$33.65/hr. - $38.46/hr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position.
