Based in Massachusetts, BoostBerry is actively expanding through partnerships with stadiums, operators, and investors. Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Boston, supporting day-to-day operations at BoostBerry locations. Responsibilities include preparing açaí bowls and smoothies according to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are followed. The Assistant will greet guests, process orders and payments efficiently, and provide friendly, informed customer service during high-volume periods. Additional duties may include restocking supplies, assisting with inventory, supporting event setup or breakdown, and communicating operational issues to management. This position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment and maintain attention to detail. Basic food preparation and handling skills, with an understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, a professional demeanor, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Comfort with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and accurate order processing. Teamwork and collaboration skills, including willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to changing priorities. Reliability and time-management skills, with the ability to work full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, and events as needed. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
