As we continue to expand, technology plays an increasingly important role in supporting our employees, operations, and customers.The RoleWe are looking for an IT Specialist to support the day-to-day technology needs of our office and manufacturing teams.This role is responsible for keeping our employees productive by providing hands-on IT support, maintaining company devices and networks, and helping ensure our business applications run smoothly. You'll work with both office staff and manufacturing employees to troubleshoot technical issues, deploy new hardware, maintain user accounts, and support our growing technology infrastructure.In addition to traditional IT support, you'll gain exposure to our ERP and CRM platforms and help identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI tools as the company continues to grow.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working across many areas of the business.What You'll DoIT SupportProvide day-to-day technical support for employees across our office and manufacturing environmentsSet up, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac computers, printers, tablets, mobile devices, and shared workstationsTroubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and email issuesSupport Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other business applicationsCreate and manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and device inventoryAssist with employee onboarding and offboardingInstall software, perform updates, and maintain endpoint securityCoordinate with outside vendors when additional technical support is neededInfrastructure & SystemsHelp maintain wired and wireless network infrastructureAssist with device management, software licensing, and hardware inventorySupport remote access solutions and endpoint managementHelp ensure company technology remains secure, reliable, and up to dateBusiness ApplicationsSupport users of Epicor Kinetic ERP, HubSpot CRM, Shopify, and other business systemsTroubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors when appropriateHelp maintain accurate data across business applicationsAssist with testing new features and documenting system processesAI & Continuous ImprovementExplore practical AI tools that improve employee productivityHelp automate repetitive tasks and improve internal workflowsAssist employees with adopting new technology and AI solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency across departmentsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to learn new technologies quicklyPositive, team-oriented attitudePreferredInternship or 1–2 years of IT support experienceExperience supporting Windows and macOS environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and Google WorkspaceBasic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP)Experience with business applications such as ERP or CRM systems is a plusExposure to AI tools, scripting, or automation is a plus
