Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation Strategy & Analytics

The Sr. Analyst – Sales Compensation Strategy & Analytics is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, driving analytics and insights of incentive compensation plans across the business (Sales Dev, New Logo Sales, Cross Sell/Upsell, Fintech, Post Sales) that drive ServiceTitan’s sustainable growth. What You’ll Do Continuously analyze effectiveness of incentive compensation plans in achieving ServiceTitan’s strategy and recommend adjustments & pivots through monthly/quarterly reports. Research industry best practices across B2B SaaS and adjacencies to benchmark and ensure ServiceTitan is at the cutting edge of incentive compensation. Proactively identify opportunities to improve ServiceTitan’s incentive compensation strategy at the segment level. Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive decision making. Partner and collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, HR and Sales leaders. What You’ll Bring 2‑4+ years of work experience in high‑growth tech companies and/or management consulting. Functional experience in Sales/incentive compensation, RevOps and/or FP&A. Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g., customer research, data analysis, competitive benchmarking). Comfort with analyzing data at scale (Excel / Google Sheets, SQL/Tableau a plus) and presenting findings. Demonstrated excellence in cross‑functional communication and collaboration. Ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations. Compensation (United States) Good‑faith salary ranges for this role in the U.S. (Zone 1: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA): $111,800–$167,600. (Zone 2: all other U.S. locations): $104,500–$156,700.
