Sr. Sales Analyst

Job Description The Nextpower Sr. Sales Analyst will input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs. The Senior Sales Analyst works closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure that Nextpower consistently exceeds customer expectations while ensuring sales maintain maximum margin contribution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and drive departments to provide associated inputs to quotations. Follow up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors. Support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team. Maintain data cleanliness in the CRM system. Coordinate and meet customer due dates. Provide accurate and complete handoff packages for the Operations team. Achieve or exceed group sales targets. Generate and present sales reports and presentations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieving/exceeding group sales targets. Data cleanliness in CRM system. Ability to coordinate and drive different departments to hit customer due dates. Support of other team members. Accuracy and completeness of handoff packages for the Operations team. 90% of allocated leads followed up and closed out. Bid strategy summary report. Additional Responsibilities Divide, follow up, and close incoming US leads. Run bid strategy meeting for projects before quotes are released. Assume functional control of complex multi‑$M opportunities and usher them through the NX Sale Process. Manage day‑to‑day interactions with key account stakeholders. Coordinate sales proposals with key stakeholders. Provide creative input to bid strategy. Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM. Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modifications. Generate sales models ensuring positive contribution margin. Work closely with Global Sales/Business Development, Marketing & Product Management, and Customer Care. Streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates, binders, and client presentations. Build relationships with Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering. Support the Director of Sales Operations and Manager of Sales Analysis on ad‑hoc basis. Other job‑related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales support experience. BS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired). Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management. Solar experience and passion for solar is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using Salesforce and NetSuite. Proven analytical background. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
