Operations Administrator

Job DescriptionAs Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the onsite operations team. You will help ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly by assisting with associate check-ins, attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting, payroll support, and administrative tasks.Job Location: Fort Worth, TXWork Days: Standard workdays will be five days per week, with the schedule varying between Monday - Friday and Tuesday - Saturday depending on business requirements. Flexibility to work Saturdays is essential.Work Hours: 30 - 35 hours per week.Essential Job FunctionsProvide administrative support to onsite operations teamAssist with FLEX associate check-ins, onboarding, and daily attendance trackingHelp coordinate shift assignments and communicate schedule updates to associatesManage FLEX worker attendance and coordinationMaintain accurate associate records, schedules, and operational documentationSupport payroll processing by reviewing timecards and assisting with payroll-related audit reportsAuditing reports from client system and internal systemServe as a point of contact for general questions and administrative mattersAssist with new hire orientation and onboarding documentation and new hire profile setupAssist with new hire administrative badge entryPerform general office duties including data entry, filing, email correspondence and report preparationPerform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
