Client Services Specialist – Jeannie Cleaning Full‑Time / On‑site, Monday–Friday. We are looking for a new team member to assist clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role blends caring client services, scheduling & administrative support, and heartfelt communication to support our MVP Team of technicians and keep our clients delighted. Position Details Title: Client Services Specialist Reports to: Director of Operations Hours: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, varies between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM based on needs of the business Earning Potential: $20 hour + performance bonus (negotiable based on experience) Location: Portage, MI – In‑office role and must live within 30 minutes of the office Start Date: July 1, 2026 – July 15, 2026 Core Responsibilities Client Communication Answer phone calls live and respond to emails within 24 business hours Communicate professionally and warmly via phone, email, and text Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, warm, professional communication Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns Turn every interaction into a positive, memorable experience Daily Schedule Management Support Support for managing and optimizing daily cleaning schedules as needed Adopt and utilize our software to monitor bookings, adjustments, and team assignments Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly with clients and staff Reporting & Operations Flexible and available to support opening or closing the office as needed Assist with other office duties as needed Our Ideal Candidate – GWC: Gets It, Wants It, Has the Capacity We are looking for someone who embodies our core values of Caring, Excellence, and Community.
