What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
• Ensuring strong customer relations and resolving claims and complaints fairly and effectively
• Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
• Creating improvement plans based on customer survey feedback
• Following clearly defined procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Possess knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
