Clinical Supervisor for Assessment LCADC, CCS 115 Union and Middlesex Counties Salary: $68,000–$74,000 Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ Responsibilities: Supervisory experience in the field of addiction, 5 years’ experience utilizing clinical, evidence‑based tools to make sound clinical decisions; skilled in clinical reasoning, listening, and excellent communication skills. Technology savvy: use of software and Microsoft Office tools; clinical documentation. Knowledge of performance management and team development; ability to organize, manage time, and multi‑task. Supervision of staff, staff development, training, direct service to clients, and record review. Ability to work in a diverse, fast‑paced environment. Requirements: Master’s degree required; LCADC required; CCS required. Valid driver’s license in good standing required. Bilingual preferred. Professionally Licensed (LCADC CCS) Qualified Non‑profit Agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), where applicable. Offers free in‑house CEU credits provided by Rutgers School of Social Work and Wellspring during work hours.
