Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate jobs
- Maintain and update job calendars and timelines
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and follow-ups
- Coordinate with project managers, crews, and subcontractors
- Enter new jobs into the scheduling system
- Adjust schedules based on job progress or delays
- Prepare and organize job-related documents
- Track and report scheduling issues or conflicts
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Administrative writing skills
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and organization
- Multitasking skills
- Reporting skills
- Travel logistics
- Typing
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- University/college degree is an asset.
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Previous experience with a construction company is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
