Operating for over 30 years, the company has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality renovation and interior construction projects for nationally recognized hospitality clients, while also expanding its presence in the local commercial market. They perform construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Carolinas, Florida, and other regional markets with a portfolio including: hotel renovations, office interiors, tenant improvement projects, warehouse improvements, and select development projects. Typical project values range from $500K to $4M, with repeat clients providing opportunities on projects up to $10M.The company works on both negotiated and competitive bid opportunities, with a preference for negotiated work and maintaining strong client partnerships.Your new role Due to continued demand in work, the company is seeking an experienced Estimator/PM to support both pre-construction and project execution activities. Duties will include;Prepare estimates and budgets for renovation and commercial construction projects.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.Develop scopes of work and bid packages.Manage projects from award through closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and project logistics.Maintain strong client communication throughout the construction process.Assist with business development and repeat client opportunities.What you'll need to succeed Experience working for a General Contractor carrying out estimating and project management duties.
