Chief of Primary Care: Lead PACT & Population Health

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs invites applications for a full-time Chief of Primary Care at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Center in Hines, IL. This leadership role directs clinical, administrative, and strategic aspects of the Primary Care Service Line, delivering outpatient services via the PACT model across the main campus and six CBOCs serving Veterans in the Chicago metropolitan region.
