Senior Manager IT Procurement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies and supplier pipelines aligned with business objectives
• Lead supplier selection, risk assessment, and complex contract negotiations for key initiatives
• Establish and maintain Supplier Relationship Management programs for strategic vendors
• Monitor sourcing activities and track cost savings and incremental value delivery
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership and internal business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Business Management
• Minimum 8+ years category management experience with multinational organizations
• Demonstrated experience sourcing IT, particularly Software and SaaS solutions
• Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and project management capabilities
• Advanced analytical and negotiation skills with sophisticated understanding of pricing models
• Experience with Master Service Agreements, SaaS licenses, Statements of Work, and NDAs
• Ability to operate effectively in multi-cultural and matrix organizational environments

Compensation: $144,000-$198,000 base annually
