What You'll Do as Our Dispatcher

F.H. Furr is looking for a sharp, proactive Dispatcher who keeps operations running smoothly and customers feeling taken care of. You'll be the heartbeat of our daily workflow - the person who ensures the right technician is in the right place at the right time.

You will:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians with precision and efficiency
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Coordinate emergency responses when urgent issues arise
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules on the fly
• Maintain accurate service records to keep everything running smoothly

This role is perfect for someone who loves staying organized, solving problems, and keeping a team moving forward.

What You Bring

• Experience in dispatching or scheduling
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
