Funding Specialist

Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and compliance, the remote Funding Specialist I will train dealers on proper document completion, address program inquiries, and resolve document-related issues while working on an hourly basis. Key responsibilities Accurately enter received financing documents into the organization's operating system for processing Review financing documents for compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Train dealers on document and funding processes via phone and email Required qualifications High school diploma or GED completed or in progress Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer) Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Effective speaking skills for group presentations
