CMG Worldwide is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator for our Beverly Hills office. This role will support the marketing, communications, and brand development efforts surrounding some of the most iconic personalities and intellectual properties in the world. The position is ideal for someone who understands both culture and execution, someone equally comfortable helping shape creative direction, managing campaigns, and handling the day-to-day operational details that keep a fast-moving organization running smoothly. DetailsLocation: Beverly Hills, CA (in-office) Position Type: Full-time Responsibilities Proactively research and identify prospective clients, brand partners, and licensing opportunities aligned with CMG's portfolio and growth strategy Engage in outreach efforts to new and existing contacts, crafting tailored pitches and introductory communications that open doors to new business Utilize Claude.AI to enhance our marketing capabilities Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks and proposals for prospective clients and brand partners Host and facilitate VIP client meetings, driving the agenda and ensuring clear next steps and follow-through Coordinate internal timelines, approvals, and cross-functional communication to support deal execution Monitor industry trends, cultural moments, and competitive activity to surface new business opportunities Track outreach activity and pipeline progress, reporting updates to leadership on a regular basis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field preferred Excellent academic track record Comfortable engaging with clients, executives, and external partners - whether over email, phone, or in a meeting room Confident communicator with the ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing settings Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn #J-18808-Ljbffr
