About the Role

We are launching and scaling a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data and AI practice and are seeking a true practice-building sales executive. This is not an account-maintenance role and it is not a software-license sales role. Your mandate is to create net-new SAP professional-services revenue, build executive relationships, develop SAP/SI partner channels and help establish a repeatable commercial engine from the ground up.

The practice focuses initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations and sells S/4HANA transformation/workstreams, SAP project rescue, HANA/data engineering, specialist talent, post-go-live stabilization, AMS and selected BTP/AI services.

What You Will Own

• Build qualified net-new pipeline and close SAP consulting, project, assessment, staffing and managed-services engagements.
• Prospect CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT/Enterprise Applications, Heads of SAP/ERP, SAP Program Directors, finance/supply-chain leaders and procurement stakeholders.
• Build relationships with SAP systems integrators, boutiques, MSPs and advisory firms for subcontract and white-label delivery.
• Use SAP intent signals, S/4 hiring, transformation activity, M&A, leadership changes and project pressure, to prioritize accounts.
• Lead commercial discovery and coordinate solutioning with senior SAP architects and practice leadership.
• Own proposals, commercial negotiations, CRM next actions, forecast discipline and deal progression.
• Help refine the practice's ICP, productized offers, pricing and sales playbook using actual market feedback.
• Build the foundation that future account executives and business-development resources can follow.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years selling SAP professional services, ERP consulting, SAP staffing or closely related enterprise-transformation services; 8-15+ years is preferred for senior candidates.
• Documented history of achieving revenue/quota goals and originating net-new business.
• Ability to distinguish revenue you personally created from inherited accounts or house relationships.
• Existing relationships in the U.S. SAP ecosystem and/or manufacturing/industrial enterprise market.
• Experience selling two or more of: S/4HANA projects/workstreams, SAP staffing, advisory/assessments, AMS, BTP/data services.
• Ability to sell a new/boutique practice without relying on a globally recognized consulting brand.
• Executive presence with enough SAP delivery fluency to qualify an opportunity while knowing when to bring in an architect.

Preferred

• Existing CIO/Head of SAP/SAP Program Director relationships in U.S. manufacturing.
• Experience selling against or alongside Big 4/global SIs.
• Partner/channel development experience.
• Experience taking a consulting practice from early stage to repeatable multi-million-dollar revenue.

Compensation

Target base salary is $80,000-$110,000 with a target total compensation opportunity of approximately $175,000-$250,000+ and uncapped upside for strong performance. Final compensation depends on experience, verified track record, network and agreed commission plan. The launch plan is expected to emphasize profitable, collected new-logo revenue/gross profit rather than rewarding low-margin contract value alone.
