Job Description

True North Restoration is growing, and we're looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our team.

This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who is comfortable talking with homeowners, building rapport, and creating real opportunities for our Sales Representatives.

You do not need years of roofing experience. We can teach you the process and the basics you need to succeed. What we can't teach is work ethic, honesty, consistency, and the willingness to talk to people.

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners, identify potential opportunities, collect accurate homeowner and property information, and schedule qualified appointments for a True North Restoration Sales Representative.

What You'll Do

• Speak with homeowners professionally and respectfully
• Introduce True North Restoration and explain why you're contacting the homeowner
• Ask questions and listen for potential roofing or property-restoration needs
• Identify qualified homeowners and opportunities
• Collect accurate homeowner contact and property information
• Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
• Confirm appointments and follow up when necessary
• Record appointments, homeowner information, and notes accurately in our CRM
• Keep your activity and follow-up organized
• Represent True North Restoration professionally in every interaction
• Work independently while following our proven sales process
• Accept coaching and continuously improve your communication and appointment-setting skills

How Compensation Works

This is a 1099 independent-contractor, performance-based position.

Appointment compensation increases with production:

Appointment Setter Compensation

• 0–2 appointments: $40 per appointment
• 3–5 appointments: $50 per appointment
• 6–9 appointments: $65 per appointment
• 10–15 appointments: $100 per appointment

Paid every Friday.

Additional Performance Bonuses

• 3 appointments in one day: $100 bonus
• 5+ appointments in a week: $250 weekly bonus
• 10+ appointments in a month: $500 monthly bonus
• $600K annual production: Choice of a Rolex or paid weekend vacation
