Senior Technical RecruiterDPP is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team! What we do: We find and place IT and Engineering professionals with incredible opportunities at innovative and cutting-edge companies in the Southeast and across the country.Roles and responsibilities:Sourcing Candidates: Use various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates passively/actively looking for employment in the marketPipeline Management: Build strong pipelines of candidates based on client's most common requestsScreening and Interviewing: Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate's technical experience, selecting the best match for our clientsCandidate Submittal: Format resume and submittal package to highlight candidate's top skills for client to reviewRecruitment Metrics: Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews and submittals to open jobsInterview Preparation: Prepare candidate for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations surrounding questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by clientProgram Compliance: Adhere to maximum bill rates and/or markups defined by the client programRelationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.Required experience and skills:5+ years of Technical/IT or Aerospace/Engineering recruiting experienceInterest in challenging yourself to grow/develop with a collaborative teamPassion for connecting with people and a drive to succeedBachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience supporting MSP programs desired but not requiredCompensation and benefits:Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonus.Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401 (k).PTO package including paid holidays.Remote Work OpportunityOur culture: DP Professionals (DPP) is a highly collaborative workplace.
