Job Description
The Ford Agency is seeking a candidate with expert Microsoft Office skills for a Document Specialist role supporting a busy law firm downtown. This role will handle the production of documents, proposals, and presentations and will interact frequently with the other staff members to ensure the content is accurate and ready for distribution. Candidates with expert-level skills in MS Office, particularly in Word and PowerPoint, and experience with project management are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing and prioritizing document requests
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure project deadlines and work flows
• Ensuring proper editing, and formatting of all documents
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of word processing / document development experience
• Law firm experience a plus
• Adept proofreading, formatting, and typing skills
• Excellent virtual and in-person communication skills
Compensation:
• $87,000 - $110,000 annually DOE
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
