This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. The Outside Software Account Representative conducts greater than 50% of their work outside of their home office. * Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs. * Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs. * Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.). * Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed. office setting and proper business attire is a must. Basic Qualifications * 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)

• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the

Thryv product suite * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships. * Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands * Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures * Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems

• 50% driving requirement and valid drivers license.
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)

Pay Transparency The on-target earnings for this position in pay area 1 (the US National Average) is $96,800 per year. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, and assigned book of business.
