Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Global Healthcare Organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director of Business Development opportunity in the Southeast USA. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its patients.

Director of Business Development Details:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify and generate leads for State and Federal government agencies, contractors, and subcontractors. Track relevant government contract opportunities using platforms like SAM.gov and other procurement portals.
• Generate relationships and disaster response contracts at the federal level as a leading or contracting entity.
• Establish and maintain partnerships and response agreements with state and local government entities within the organization's designated operational zones.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to target key government agencies and contractors. Identify potential partners, decision-makers, and opportunities that align with our offerings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with government agency representatives, prime contractors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all business development activities.

Director of Business Development Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business development and consultative sales roles
• Emergency Response experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of federal and state government procurement processes and regulations
• Travel - 30%
