The company offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment where employees are valued and encouraged to develop their careers over the long term.The RoleYou will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and supporting proposal submissions for a range of commercial and government construction projects. Key responsibilities include: reviewing plans, specifications, drawings, and RFP documentation. Developing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing. Identifying scope gaps, exclusions, and risk factors. Preparing bid proposals and supporting documentation. Managing RFIs and coordinating pre-construction activities.
