Senior Engineer - Propulsion Airframe Integration - BNH

Key Responsibilities Lead the integration of propulsion and airframe systems for flight test and sustainment programs, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance with aerospace standards. Develop and execute integration plans, test procedures, and validation strategies for propulsion-airframe interfaces. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and support continuous improvement. Analyze test data, perform root‑cause investigations, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance system reliability. Document integration activities, produce technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of experience in propulsion‑airframe integration, flight test, or related aerospace systems. Strong knowledge of systems engineering, test operations, and sustainment processes. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
