A contract opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support long-term care operations in Warren, MI. The role involves ensuring accurate medication dispensing and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This full-time position offers a dedicated daytime schedule, ideal for professionals seeking consistency in their working hours.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders and conduct final product checks following federal, state, and company regulations
- Perform drug utilization reviews, addressing clinical alerts, interactions, and therapy issues by communicating with prescribers
Qualifications:
- Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist
